HP LaserJet PRO 200 Color MFP M276 nw won't make copies

It is a common error on that machine.

Try updating the printer firmware and check if it helps. Reset the printer to clear certain error states by calibrating the scanner mechanism, and then check the power source to confirm the printer is getting enough power to operate the scanner. From:

If you just want a single copy of the document, place the page face down on the scanner glass or face up in the document feeder. Then press Copy on the all-in-one (for the M276 this is on the touch screen). If you need to adjust the image quality/size or paper size, press Settings. Then press Image Adjust or scroll down and touch Paper. When done adjusting any setting, press OK. Then press Black or Color depending on your source page.

If you want to scan to a computer first, you'll need to make sure that the full software is installed on that computer. Then launch a scan from the computer before using the touch screen's scan button. You need to set up the default scan options before the scan button works. (There is a monitor program "hears" the button and it needs to know the scan defaults and destinations to launch the appropriate parts of the software.)

Note: many all-ones will not work if there is a problem with the print system.
