When i send fax , error code 033-503 i need to solution plz

ERROR 346 The remote machine has failed to respond to a fax command from the local machine because the connection was interrupted. These errors can occur if the phone lines in the area are old or if noise is present (static on the phone line). Other reasons could be power outages and other power-related problems.

This error can be missleading.
It may have to do with the NVM in the main board.
Check if the waist bottle is full in diagnostics. Clear this back to Zero.
Also check and see if the other settings have gone over threshold.
Presure roll, developer, Heat roll, Full sump bottle. Especially full sump bottle this can come up and stop the machine.
If anything else try to reinitialize the settings. Remember you need to have written down the values before you do this proceedure.
This is not an easy task to repair even for a Xerox service rep.

It sounds like your toner has ran out, so you cant print any more faxes out, the memory saving the unprinted faxes has filled up and cant save any more messages.
Replace the toner and let the machine print out the saved faxes. You should then be back to normal

You need to apply Canon's firware update at http://www.canon.com and search for fumx310swin1040en.exe if you have Windows or for an iMac the file is MX310 series Firmware Upgrade Utility Ver. 1.040 (Mac OS X) with a file name of fumx310sosx1040en.dmg
