take lower body covers off to access end of power cord , un clip the 2 wires remembering the proper routing and colors, hook up your new cord and re assemble

Make sure the brush is cleared and clean, press the reset button, and try again.
If the motor runs, but the brush doesn't turn, it's likely due to a broken belt. Have it replaced by someone who knows what they're doing.
I strongly recommend taking it into an authorized shop.
mine was the power head neck itself the handle got twisted to far and broke the wire a new neck cost 37 bucks online and i installed it myself wires get attached color to color and screw the head back together. it worked just like new!
