May be you should try to restart your phone and reinstalling the firmware may also solve this if these options not work then you have to change your phones display screen

The green light on the motor unit is an LED and random flickering is normal. Your problem is most likely caused by an electrical storm or power surge. You will need to remove the logic board from the motor unit and check for burnt or missing traces on the printed circuit board especially around the small transformer.
