My razor broke about 1/2 year ago and im with verizon and they said their not making them anymore.. so i got a newer razor... I experienced the same problems and they got fixed when i got a new phone for free..
I had a friend who had a razor and it did the same thing, what she would do (and only sometimes this would work) is she would close it as fast and hard as she could and it would fix itself, but eventually it got bad enough to where she had to get a new phone...
in the top right corner you are suppose to have a little circular magnet that changes the screen when the phone is open or closed. I just changed my housing yesterday and took the magnet out and put it in my new housing but for some reason i have the same problem as you. so maybe you lost the magnet when you replaced the lcd and if that is the case then you are screwed. try have Motorola fix it, don't tell them you replaced the lcd
I had this problem too. My razrs screen would just go white every 15 minutes maybe, and i would have to turn it off and back on.There was a white line at the bottom of the screen also, so i went to http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/motosupport/source/SoftwareUpdateSummary.asp?country=&language=&web_page_name=SUPPORT&strCarrierId=US%20Cellular&strPhone=V3c&strCable=Mini%20USB%20Data%20Cable
and downloaded thee software update.
after it was finished the white line went away
the screen never went white and it fixed everything
