in your owners manual... You are most probably looking at a MINOR MAINTENANCE ISSUE... in your dispenser drawer...!!

You are going to be looking for the valve... for your conditioner/softner dispenser...

CHECK out owners manual (below)

Look up you ORIGINAL parts number and get three estimates!!

Considering that machine did not show any error first check that is not activated option "rinse hold" what mean's "stop drum with full of water". I advise you to make a simple test that will show you where the problem is. In the washing machine or somewhere else. Disconnect the drain hose and lift it up to 1m in height and its end hold over the tub or some larger container. Select short drain program and press the start / pause button. If drain hose ejects a solid water stream then is a problem in-house installation of drain water. If does't or poorly drain water then is problem in the washing machine.

how do i replace washing machine drain hose on zanussi zwg 7160p

Most times unplugging a washer for 5 min or so will reset to factory. Some units just a quick unplug works too. But I'm not totally familiar with yours.
If it's going to be hard to unplug just turn off the breaker to it.

Hope I can help.When you press the start button is there a buzzing coming from down by the filter if so Check that there is not something stuck in the filter.You will have to be careful depending on how much water is left in the drum so put some towels down and undo filter slowly or get the machine near a door then release filter out onto a door step.when drained shine a torch up inside filter and see if the little plastic blade on pump can turn but do not try and force it,if you do find anything in there then try it again and check the pockets.If there is still a fault you will have to call out your Engineer.

it can be shortened without any problem.
Just cut it to the req'd length, but do not make it too short, as it needs to be a certain heght above floor level

you need to remove back panel and tip machine back 45 deg from there you can get to the drain hose and change it.

e40 the door not been closed e20 the drain hose may be kinked

Are there clothes locked inside machine or water visible inside machine? Either machine has not drained eg.blocked drain hose or pump, or door lock broke .please reply.
