The unit was functioning fine. There was no indication of a problem.
Hello Matthew, thank you for allowing me to assist you!
Let's try reprogramming your dishwasher. This can be done by flipping the breaker off for approximately ten minutes. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, your dishwasher could possibly be experiencing a communication error with the control board/panel or could have a wiring failure. I would suggest contacting an experienced service technician to determine the precise cause.

Hello,
Have you tried holding the cancel button down for about 15 seconds as these units can sometimes get stuck in a cycle. Try this anyway first.
Hope I helped.
Hello ericsson1 - Typically error code E08 indicates that the control has detected a stuck or shorted key on user interface board. The wiring between main control board and user interface will need to be check by a certified professional. Depending on the diagnoses either part will need replacing. Contact a professional to move forward accurately.
Hi - Error code E01, typically indicates that a water leak has been detected under the tub. Unit may possibly need a hydraulic kit; however I would suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately.
Hello - If the unit was in demo mode it would not produce any water or rinse actions. So if you have water entering the unit, I doubt it is at all in demo mode. Error E01 for Electrolux models means the unit has detected a water leak. This will need to be checked and a repair performed by a technician since they will need to repair the leak and retest unit.
It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle. If this does not happen then the voltage at the valve/motor/pump must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect.
