Error 01 code on led screen and dishwasher does not function.

It went to this part way through cycle. I tried tripping the circuit breaker off for awhile. No change when I turned it back on. Dishwasher is a 6565gso that is 7 months old.

I discovered the same problem with mine last night it started beeping and displaying error 01, when i opened the door it had water in the base, so i drained that, by messing with the controls till it allowed me to select a rinse cycle, when i pulled the unit away from the counter i noticed water leaking underneath, I am still under warranty so i will have to wait till monday for their tech support to answer. sounds like this is a common problem.

Errror 01 is a leak detector. In the base of the unit the is a sensor to check for water. If this sensor is activated it will stop the unit from running. The water must be removed, in order for the sensor to reset. It will not reset if it senses water in the base. You can remove the to toe panel, and open the center compartment where the electronic control is mounted. On the top left side there is a series of LEDs that indicate the exact nature of the error code.

LG dishwasher LD1419W2 which would not fill -error code IE. I replaced the inlet hose complete. Now it has the error code FE and the water overflows onto the floor when in wash cycle. Peter

Try resetting by:
turn off dishwasher
trip circuit breaker to remove all power to unit
wait 30 seconds
restore power
start dishwasher
the drain pump should start and drain all water then start a cycle. Good luck

Dishwasher trips out after running for a while

When you say "trips out" do you mean the circuit breaker trips? If so the breaker in the electrical box may be bad. Also do you have anything on that circuit pulling high amps when the dishwasher is running? Also when does it "trip out" during a pump cycle or when the heating element cycle starts?
If the pump does not work at all then the pump may have went out. If it happens when the heating element cycle starts then it may be the circuit is overloading or the breaker is bad.

Have an error code 01 on my electrolux dishwasher

Good Morning Friend, I am happy to assist you!

Typically error code ER01 indicates that a water leak has been detected under the tub of your Electrolux dishwasher. Your dishwasher may possibly need a hydraulic kit. Try unplugging your dishwasher or flipping the household circuit breaker off first. It is good to wait approximately ten minutes and turn on your appliance. If the error code continues to display, then I recommend contacting a professional to make a precise diagnosis. Best regards! - Z

What is error code "02"

Getting an Error Code 2 on your dishwasher, means there is something going on with the turbidity sensor. This is the sensor that determines how dirty the water is which in essence determines how long the cycle will run.
What you can try to do is to reset the appliance for 30 minutes. You will do this by cutting the power at the circuit breaker and leaving it off for no less than 30 minutes. Try running the cycle again and if you are still receiving the Error Code 2, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer for further assistance.

Electrolux EWDW6505GS error 01

Good Afternoon Friend,

I see that your Electrolux dishwasher, model# EWDW6505GS, is having trouble with an error 01. I suggest resetting your dishwasher. You will do this by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your homes circuit breaker for 20-30 minutes. When the power is restored, run a wash. If your dishwasher is still experiencing an error 01, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician. Hope this is helpful.

My Frigidaire electrolux dishwasher model # FDB2310LCC0 trips a pf code 40minutes into the cycle and it is not the circuit breaker. how do i correct this problem?

Good Morning Doria, thank you for allowing me to assist you!

Typically PF means power failure and you should be able to start a cycle. Unplug the unit or flip the household circuit breaker. Wait about ten minutes and then turn the unit back on. If the error code continues to display, I would suggest contacting a professional to accurately diagnose and repair it.

Best of luck!

Electrolux dishwasher DF code after an er 01 code. how to fix at home

Hello Shirley - Typically error code ER01 indicates that a water leak is detected under the tub. Unit will possibly need a hydraulic kit. Try unplugging the unit or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. Could the error code DF possibly be PF? If so, PF means power failure and you should be able to start a cycle. If the error code continues to display on dishwasher then I suggest contacting a professional to accurately diagnose and repair it.

Dishwasher pops the circuit breaker

Hi,

Here is a tip that I wrote that will help you ti find out why the circuitbreaker is tripping.

Tripping power

Don't know what the 2-cycle is... but here are a couple things to consider:

Dishwashers by code must be connected to a GFCI circuit since they handle water. If there is a faulty ground anywhere on the device the GFCI will trip, hence saving you from being electrocuted. If the circuit breaker is under rated and the 2-cycle is drawing more current than the rating, it will blow. The dishwasher should be on its own circuit also. If more than one appliance is on the same circuit, it may be too much for that circuit. My guess is that the 2-cycle is trying to heat the water inside the washer and drawing alot of power. Make sure the rating of the circuit breaker matches the manufacturers recommendation.

Dishwasher tripping fuse box

Has the door got any heavier, as mine started tripping the electrics when a spring broke and short circuited the connections.
f so you will have to get the spring out, from the underneath is best and replace it if you want the door to work correctly again. On mine the second one went a month later.
