you can download the driver by going to driverguide.com and searching for the intel 965 chipset. you can go to the compaq presario support page and download it directly from the website but I looked on the website and didn't see it. So I would do a search for intel 865 chipset drivers on google or yahoo or try driverguide is your best bet.

There may be a problem concerning drivers for WinXP.
- it seems like that Vista is the supported software, however,
try downloading this update software for your laptop, from HERE:
if this doesn’t work, I´d suggest that you go back to Vista.

Just uninstall the VGA driver and reinstall new driver given by DELL here is the download link
