Hot tub won't get hot enough

Low Heat -
This problem is not usually associated with the heater element but more often a result of water flow issues. Specifically blockages such as dirty filters, partially closed valves etc... But... excessive scale/mineral build up on the element is on uncommon and can result in reduced heating. The fix is easy, use chemical treatments to reduce scale build up.
No Heat
No heat or water is only heating to 60F- 80F? If you are getting a low reading this is because the water is only being heated by the friction caused by running through the plumbing system and pump. Assuming there has not been a dry fire (visual signs of burn/overheat marks/ damage to the heater tube) and your temperature sensor and hi limit are in working order.
A bad element. Like a light bulb, spa heater elements will burn out over time & there are many factors which affect their longevity.

Heater turning hot then cold then hot then cold

Check your engine coolant level, if it's low you won't have enough fluid in your heater core and thus no heat!

My heater just stopped working, it still blows air but just not hot air, i checked the coolant and its fine, it had never over heated. so please help

check to be sure that the thermostat is closing, sounds like yours is stuck open, which happens a lot ,, if the water won't stay in the motor long enough to heat,, then you won't get any hot air coming out , follow the top radiator hose to the motor, under that housing is where you will find the thermostat , thay are pretty cheap, less than 10 bucks normally ,, I'd just replace it

My truck is in reduce engine power mode and i need to get it off to drive it to a shop it runs great untill the temp reaches a 100 degress. oh and its a 2003 chevrolet silverado 4.8 litre

Sounds like a problem with the cooling system - when it has enough coolant it won't run too hot so won't trip ''reduced power mode". If coolant is at max already it's either the water pump or the thermostat having a problem.

My 97 gran prix overheated and shut itself. And now won't start. The Atifrz leaked out and engine overheated.

sometimes when an engine gets hot enough it will stop running due to the metal expansion when it is hot.if it cools off it will probably start but don`t run it very long especially without coolant.the thermostat may have seized in the closed position this sometimes happens as when the car is running the temperature flucuates the stat will close and open all the time(won`t close completely).another problem could be a bad head gasket that allowed coolant into the combustion chamber enough that the motor went into what is called hydraulic lock, coolant has filled the combustion chamber enough that the piston won`t move through out its normal travel.i would try changing the thermostat first refill cooling system and let run until the cooling fans have cycled on and off.if it doesn`t overheat and it cranks over when you try to start it then the stat is more than likely the problem.
