My touch screen wont work - Cell Phones

The digitizer is behind the screen. It is worksall of the touch features. It is having problems reading info in the corner. I think amazon or ebay could support your phone. Unless the screen in cracked , it should be good. Without the digitizer a screen has 0 touch reading feature.

It could be a number of things. The touch screen could be broken, Has it got a clearfilm cover on it? like you get on cell fone screens,

You'll need to replace the screen. Unfortunately there is no other way to fix it.

what type of phone is it? it sounds like your digitizer has either come loose or stopped working. I specialise with iPhones but on most displays youll have your LCD (picture) and your digitizer (touch screen) actualy attached to the screen is 2 ribbons which connect it to the motherboard in the phone. Your digitizer could be gone and hence why your touch screen wont work. either that or its came loose somehow.

Hey buddy,

The issue can be with the flex of your phone that connects to the touch screen. The connection might be loose thereby disabling the touch screen functionality.

The best solution is to take it to Samsung repair shop and get it repaired by an expert. They are well experienced with touch phone firmware malfunction issues.

the touch screen of the phone you are using is weak and it is not responding properly again.

in other to resolve the problem,you will need to replace the touch screen with a new one.

For touch screen replacement , Contact a technician.

Have you tried removing the battery and waiting for a minute and replacing it in the phone.
The phone will reboot and possibly your screen will work again.

Calibrated the touch screen, that fixed the problem.
