The digitizer is behind the screen. It is worksall of the touch features. It is having problems reading info in the corner. I think amazon or ebay could support your phone. Unless the screen in cracked , it should be good. Without the digitizer a screen has 0 touch reading feature.

It's caused from the phone being in a confined space, therefore a physical problem, just pay the $50 and since it still works just wait for a new one.

jackrose52 Hi put the keypad on the phone and reset the calibration on the phone you need to go into the settings and the go to touch and you will dee the calibration . BUT TAKE THE BATTERY OUT AND THEN PUT It back in the phone. Now after the phone resets, I want you to go to the settings and the calibrate the touch screen . If all this doesn't work call the warranty center number 866-406-5154. Tell them you situation and that you need a replacement phone. Hope this inftomation help.

Sorry to tell you but you need to change the touch screen. You don't necessarily need to change the LCD sceen too if you can find someone who can change just the touch screen.

try to dissembly the device and unplug screen (LCD) and plug again then check if solved (90% cases it helps), if problem persist show some official repairer to check or change LCD.
