Why wont my exonic touch screen not working?

Left phone in car in the cold only way screen works is horizontal how can I fix this problem

i see you have tried reseting the Exonic EXD4500T Car Video Player and still have the issue. this must be a problem with the LCD screen itself, i would highly suggest for you to take the device to an electronic shop and ask them about your issue so that they can help solve it as nothing much can be done through the internet as this is a physical problem with your Device.

The issue can be with the flex of your phone that connects to the touch screen. The connection might be loose thereby disabling the touch screen functionality.

touch screen wont work,
what is it doing ?

if the touch screen feature is not working, and you cant navigate to the calibrate screen, push the off switch but release right away, so it dont turn off, it will bring up the calibrate operation, its a default to access the calibrate when you cant navigate the screens.

You may need to replace your touch screen as it may have been damaged in some way. It wil cost from $80 to $100 usually including labor.

Have you tried removing the battery and waiting for a minute and replacing it in the phone.
The phone will reboot and possibly your screen will work again.

My phone just started this after 10 months! It does the same thing it had black and white strips and i turn it on and i still have texts coming it but cant see anything and then sometimes you can actually see stuff but the screen is totally backwards.

Calibrated the touch screen, that fixed the problem.
