Check if there is ink in the catridge
then if the ink is empty replace the catridge or
refil the catridges
if u hav still the problem then reinstall the software you will get it done

Install it using the latest driver from hp's website and then after its installed right click on it and go to properties and on the ports tab disable bi directional support and on the advanced tab disable advanced printing features ( both are checkboxes that need un checking )
