You have to reset the treadmill after lubrication. You haven't added any information ,which brand and model number of the treadmill anyway check the manual of the treadmill to know hoe to reset . if you don't have the manual the check the link bellow. thusand of treadmill manuals are listed.

You need to check you user manual. Anyway you must need 6 long screws philips for attach plastic-iron about 1 -1/2"-to 3/4" you can buy in any hardware.
