Please watch this video that it will show you how to hard reset your tablet. This will set the tablet as brand new, have inmind that it will delete all your data. The combination button for the recovery mode that you watch in the video is power and volume down rocker. Just do exactly as the video.
1 problem is I cannot verify that you really are the owner of this tab. But you should be able to do a hard reset by a turning off the tab, holding the power, volume up and home button all at the same time until it resets.

cant log on huh? ok dont panic...i have a few things that u could try or that happened... #1/someone might have hacked into your account somehow...they did that to me too./so,you could either make a new account,or click the button under where u type your e-mail in. it should say :"forgot your password? click that or click the button that says forgot your e-mail. thats all i got... let me know if u need any thing else...
