1994 Toyota Camry, need wiring diagram for fuel pump and hopefully circuit description and operation. 4cyl 2200 on what controlls pump.

You can try the autozone website, make a free account and put in the vehicle information then look for the free repair guides. It has electrical info. If they dont have it there is a site called ALLDATA and they will have it but it is not free.

Looking for 1994 V6 Toyota Camry Repair Manual

Your best bet would be Ebay for a shop manual.
Most auto parts stores and Amazon would have a basic repair book.

How do I change the 3 spark plugs on the back of engine

The upper intake has to be taken off to get to them. Yes it is a pain in the but, not too hard to do, just bothersome to do this to be able to change plugs. Make sure to be careful when loosening the intake as the head is aluminum and you can damage it if you take a gung-ho approach. You will need to replace the gasket but it is only around 12 -15 $ .
