Had the same issue for one of my Toshiba ports. Had to call for service. Apparently, the circuit board is fragile and after plugging in cables many times, the HDMI outlet separates from the board. Trust you have warranty coverage....
Unless you find one bootlegged all that information is only available to authorized Toshiba service centers online and they stopped printing paper ones several years ago.
For the most part they do not even sell individual parts as only boards are sold---means they do not have to stock and sell thousands of needless parts and here they make more money with the sell boards only policy that is now standard industry wide.
Hello Try these links to download the user manual to your Toshiba TV. static.highspeedbackbone.net/pdf www.retrevo.com http://www.dataentryjobs.us/67948.html www.electronics-expo.com/.../pdf/User-Manual-101927
okay i would advise you to take the tv back to the store you bought it from..probably its on warranty..have them replace the tv.and please dont open it or you will void the warranty.to make certain that the set is damage.pull the plug out of the power outlet let it stand for a whole day and plug it in back.see what it does.good luck.
