My hp psc 2410 photosmart all in one occupied by another program

HP no longer provides support for drivers for this printer. The newer Windows OS will support the printer natively, but sometimes it requires a little finesse from the user. Here is a link to an HP forum where folks tell how they worked out the communications issue for the print and scanning functions. Hope this helps!

In addition to the driver, you need to install the utility program as well.
Click on the link given below:

• There are some information if you wish to read
• From the menu on the left side select " Software and Driver downloads" Click
• Choose the O/S
• Download the utility and install

Make sure you inserting the paper not deep inside just insert and stop it when you feel any resistance .and try to print something. If it is print then well otherwise you have to show it service center.

clean the cartridge rails and move the cartridge by hand if possible the full length of the rail, turn off, then on to reset. Hope that fixes it for ya
