i assume that you are referring to the router's username and password. if so, by default, there's no username and password. you just need to leave both fields blank. but if you have created one for your router and can't remember it, the only option to access the router's page is to reset everything back to default.

Hi,
If the user name and password doesn't seem to work for you. Press and hold the red reset button on the back of the router for about 5 seconds. This will set it back to the factory defaults, were the blank user name and admin password will work for you. Once you accomplish that, you'll be able to setup your secure connection.

Search the Internet with the make and model of your router along with the words: default password
If someone changed the default password they are the only one that knows the password.
Go to the manufacturer's website and follow the instructions to reset the router to its default setttings which will restore the original password but you will have to reconfigure it for your network again.
