to see if your remote is working obvouisly put in new fresh batteries turn on the camrea on your phone or get a digital camrea and point the infa-red sensor at the camrea and press some buttons while looking at the screen of your phone/digi cam should see a white flashing lights as you press the button if nothing then the control is dead

check your fuses and all connections, make sure you have a good ground to the stereo and make sure the yellow and red positive wires are not loose!

I have a similar problem with a Rockford Fosgate MP3 deck. Mine will get FM just fine (about half the time) when you first start the car, but over the course of a few minutes, the signal will break down until there is nothing. The other half of the time, nothing from startup on. Try this, at least; pull the unit and make sure the antenna is hooked up and secure. If that's not the problem, I haven't been able to find anything else, but a few other report the same thing. It might just be time to buy a new unit.

Try a hard reset. If you look on the face of the unit, you will see a little pinhole located on the lower right side, stick a paper clip in there and hold in until the system reboots itself, this should be done while on.

I don't think there is one available yet, you could check the local stereo shops. They would be the first to know. Goodluck.
