please explain had a reciept > ? what happened to it ? and if you bought it at a local retail shop go there and see if they can print you out a duplicate copy of the reciept, if you paid cash that might be a lil problem, but if you paid by credit card they should be able to pull that up with the correct information like date of purchase name ect .... if not, if you bought it at an online site on the internet go to that web site and see if you can print the reciept from there .....
