I presented the reciept to your savings catcher app. and got the message that the store was not participating in savings catcher program but the other reciepts went through for the same day
This is not the Walmart. You will need to go to the store and speak with the customer service mgr

To change a standard keyboard PLU (item):
Turn key to program mode.
Press 2 SUBTOTAL. You should see 'P2' on display.
Type the new name using the alphabet sheet - usually under your normal keysheet.
Press 00
Press the item button to set the name on it.
Press SUBTOTAL to finish.
To change a price,
Key to program mode.
1 SUBTOTAL. You should see 'P1' on display.
Type new price with NO decimal point.
Press item to set price on it.
Press SUBTOTAL to finish.

Hi.
If the store name (logo) is not printing at all, you have to turn it on with bit settings. I have these. Just let me know.
Otherwise, to change the logo, you will need the alphabet programming sheet. this is usually kept under your other paper keysheet on the keyboard. If you don't have one, I can help you to make one.

You don't need PLUs for what you want. Try turning key to REG mode
type price in dollars and cents NO DECIMAL POINT e.g $5.80 = 580
Now press one of the department buttons, then press CASH (CA)
