SETUP RCA F38310 TO DISH NETWORK

To connect your Spectroniq PLTV 32050 TV to your Dish Network receiver and program the stations, you can follow these steps:

El procedimiento a programarlos es el siguiente: Oprima el boton de T.V hasta que los demas botones a la par se iluminen en rojo un vez esto suceda ingrese uno de los codigos seguido el signo de numero por ejemplo 831#. El boton de T.V se deberia iluminar 3 veces despues de esto puede intentar usar su control co su T.V

Hi my nameis Mike Houston of DISH Network; I was going over your post and see where youwant to configure the RCA remote to the DISH Network receiver. While we do nothave the codes for other universal remotes our receivers are setup to work withthe DISH remote controls, I will give you the website to help with the setup ofthe RCA remote http://www.rca.com. I had rca remote that did not recieve ir signals but rf signals instead. Check online with rca or in owners manual for what type of signal factory remote sends. The dvd player I had was 5 dvd and that was the case. Dish might have an option like direct tv where you can program rf signals as well. Call dish network support or look online

We're going to start by pressing and holding the TV button located on the top of your remote until all mode button back lights come on, and then release. Use the number buttons to enter the codes for your RCA TV here are some of the codes we currently have: 503, 627, 633, 725, and 505. Press the pound (#) button. To check that the code works try several different functions on the remote to make sure it will properly operate the TV. Remember that some codes may not be compatible with your equipment. If this is the case, try the other codes listed for your RCA TV until you find one that is compatible with it.

using your cable box connect the audio and video outputs to the tv via the RCA inputs1, 2, 3, or component inputs on the tv and then select the coresponding video input to view your cable. If you do not have a cable box you can connect your cable to the antenna A or B input jack on the back of the set and set the tv input to antenna

If the tv works and its just the sattelite portion of the tv that doesn't work you can alway just use a new sattelite box and connect it to the tv via the rear inputs on the tv and then just select the coresponding input to view the sattelite chanels.

The RCA guide will not work with the dish remote. You can get the guide to close if you press the White TV button then press cancel. Remember to press the SAT button after you close the guide.

Press menu on the remote. Press the cursor up or down button untill the word CC is highlighted. Press the cursor right button to select Closed Caption 1. You will likely have to do this with the original remote. A universal remote may not allow you to do this.
