First, with the door closed, find the screws at the bottom of the door and remove. With an assistant, open the door and remove any side and inside screws you find. The door will separate into two halves. Be aware that most glass is not clipped in...they can fall and break. Remove the front panel from the door...the door may try to slam shut. To clean the glass, use a blue cleaner and a scrubby or very fine steel wool rubbing gently. Scratches are not allowed! Take pictures of what you're doing so you can replace. Be careful of brittle door insulation.

SOURCE: jenn air oven stuck closed after attempt to activate self-cleaning

The lock motor may have failed. Most often, bending a coat hanger into a hook and sliding from the right side as you move the door to the right, will allow you to release the lock and open the door.

Have a wall mounted Jenn-air oven. Have used self-cleaning feature before. Followed step by step instructions to the end including locking the door and pushing "Enter". Went to bead expecting to wake

This is a general answer and not specific. The oven thinks is still in the cleaning mode. If it has one, push the clean button again. Set the oven to a regular bake cycle.

Cleaning a self cleaning oven

I couldn't find any information on that specific model number, but here is a link to a generic Jenn-Air Electric Range - Use and Care Guide which seems to be model non-specific. The instructions for performing a self-cleaning (as well as other tasks) might be the same for yours.
