Which operating system and browser are you using? Install Mozilla Firefox and try opening youtube. Firefox has built in player for youtube. Also check if adobe flash player is installed in your installed application list. If not install it from here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

check if you installed the adobe flash player. if you already installed it try to uninstall it by going to control panel and add/remove programs then download the new version in this site http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/completion/activex/?a=false after downloading install the program. you need to close all you internet browsers while installing adobe flash player.

The most likely problem here is that Adobe flash (which is required to view youtube videos) is either not installed, is corrupted or needs to be updated.

I had this problem before..you need to clean the registry files stored in your computers harddrive. The problem you are having now is that the flashplayer will not complete the download because the old flashplayer is priority even though you have upgraded your browser. I spent a few days when this happened to me. Try this free registry cleaner from CNET, click on the link and download it. After you download it, install it and run the program and it will clean all of your old files out of the harddrive. It will find and delete the old versions of Adobe. After you do that, resart the computer and redownload Adobe flash player.

Go here to Adobe and install flash player (no need to download it). select McAfee if you want it and install flash >>>>>>>

Once installed go back to MSN and you should be able to view the webcam.

Try opening Internet Explorer and install adobe flash player from there, then open up Firefox once the installation has finished and it should update there as well.
