Hi tonyhil,
To watch YouTube videos you need to have Adobe Flashplayer installed for your web browser. Here is the link to install it.
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
If you already had it installed and have just lost the ability to view YouTube videos then it is usually wise to uninstall flashplayer before re-installation, to fix the problem. Sometimes if you re-install before uninstalling flashplayer it doesn't fix the problem. I think it is likely the installer won't over write existing flashplayer files, so if there is a corrupt file it leaves it.
The following link goes to a page on the Adobe Website that gives details of uninstalling and a link to their uninstaller.

I hope this has been helpful.
Kind Regards

You need to download flash player. After installing, restart your browser. It's available for free here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
Try installing a newer version of your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, chrome, etc) And also install the newest version of Flash Player for your browser.
