Dw60csx1 All the lights are on but you can't select a wash cycle to make it start

perhaps the main control board has become faulty, a technician should be able to advise.
Unplug and leave it offf overnight see if that resolves the issue.

How do I clear the error on a Fisher and Paykel DW60CSX1 error message E6

to fix essentially you need to reboot... unplug at wall - wait about 30 seconds - 1 min then replug. should reboot and be back to normal.
if you can, pull drawer out at end of cycle so condensation does not cause this problem going forward... ours does this when it's higher humidity

I have DW60CSX1 dishwasher that works well on fastwash with cold water but will not switch from heat water to wash on any of the other programes. Is there a thermo controlled solinoid or chip that i can...

If the dishwasher operates to full cycle with the fast wash and cold cycles then there is nothing that you can reset in the control panel area. The likely problems are the temperature sensor is faulty or the heater is faulty. If temperature sensor is faulty then you should get some flashing lights on the panel and if heater is faulty then the heating light on the panel will never turn on.
Your reference parts are 40 and 79 in the attached parts manual. Will need technician to replace these. http://www.jordansmanuals.com/ServiceManuals/FP/Dishwasher/DW60CSX%201/DW60CSX%201%20Parts%20Manual.pdf

I have bought a fisher and paykel model DW60CSX1 second hand... i have connected all the relevant pipes and taps, the washer gets to a point in the cycle where it stops and thw 1st, 2nd and 4th lights...

My manual says that this means the drain hose is crimped or bent, or the drain hose is too high. In other words, the drain can't drain for some reason.

The DW60 manual shows the following possible meanings for the E5 fault code:
