Husky Grease gun h4424 not working right

Maybe i am not loading the cartridge correctly or something. The flow starts and then nothing. I open it back up, fumble with it, and then it works again for just a little, then flow stops again?

It sounds like you are getting air in the grease, anyway that happens to me sometimes when I don't have it full of grease where the cartrige screws in (and i change cartriges). Try it with the part where the cartrige screws on clear full of grease & top of cartrige with grease on it. See if that works. Rick

How to load grease in it?

The model 1056S will accept the standard grease cartridge available at any parts store. I have to use a razor blade and cut off the metal pull tab end. Then push the cartridge into the cylinder from the top. The real trick is to guide the rubber seal into the cartridge; it can be done, I load mine this way. Use the little lock to hold off the long plunger, allow just enough to work with inorder to insert rubber seal into cartridge. Only after the rubber is in the cartridge, then screw on the bottom cap. Then release the long plunger rod. You noticed that the plunger rod will rotate out of the rubber seal assembly, rotate it so the rod can be pushed into the cylinder without pushing the rubber seals. The sping will push the rubber seal to ensure grease is mover to the top. Very powerful PSI, do not blow out the rubber cups around the zerk fittings. Good luck

How do you get the grease to come out of husky bearing gun

Hay do you mean to re-fill the gun or to get the grease just to com out. If the latter then put the nose over the holl and push the very back of the gun, it's spring loaded so give it a good push

1985 20 hp is stif hard to move left or right

pretty common problem - you need to get some MARINE grease for your grease gun and shoot the pivot grease nipples- some models had a special nipple that needed a gun from the marina- (so you could not put auto grease there)

Move it back and forth as you shoot the grease. I have used a torch to warm up the bits to get the grease to flow.

Also- if the motor is new to you- they have a friction of some sort on them to keep them going straight when you let go- you might want to loosen that befor trying to fix a problem that isn't there.

I have a IR5190 Grease Gun, I'm only on the second tube of grease since new & when I loaded it, it won't pump out, I already disconnected the tube to make sure it wasn't clogged. Am I doing...

there is air trapped in the gun. there is either a air bleed valve on the top you need to press in and press the trigger a few times or you need to pull back the ram and unscrew the tube. then rescrew it back in a few turns. then press the trigger untill grease begins to come out and then screw in in the rest of the way.

I have a Husky gasoline pressure washer. The honda motor starts but stalls because the pressure by-pass (not the right term) doesn't seem to open and builds up pressure. I haven't tried to remove any parts...

I think you're right about the knob, but try this:
Open the water to the washer. Leave the line open, and hold the trigger down to get all of the air out of the supply and discharge lines. While still holding the trigger down on the spray gun, crank the engine. This works in effect, like a pressure by-pass, and may free up the bypass valve. If you let off of the trigger, you may have a problem getting your flow back if the bypass is still stuck. You can repeat the above process and perform your work.
Best regards, --W/D--

I installed a new grease cartridge in my grease gun and grease does not come out when triggered.

If the gun was working properly before you changed the cartridge, The gun is air-locked
Two things: 1. Make sure the bottom rod is pushed in. 2. Holding the gun by the handle on the top left of the gun, below the hose there is a little metal valve. Push that vent valve down and pull the trigger repeatedly until grease starts to come out.
If that doesn't work. Remove the grease hose, hold the vent valve down, pull the trigger a few times. Then release the valve and pull the trigger until grease comes out. Replace the hose.
And if that doesn't work. Sometimes when you put in a new cartridge the metal "washer" that actually pushes the grease up the cylinder will get caught at the bottom of the new cartridge. Make sure the washer will move freely into the cartridge.
That should do it!

How do I load labels in monarch 1100 price gun

    Loading
  1. At the back of the pricing gun, there's an opening with two spindles to hold a roll of labels. There's also a slot and two small, black rollers, where you'll place the first label to begin feeding them into the gun.

Insert a roll of labels into the gun opening so that the beginning of the roll is at the back and comes up over the top of the gun. Insert the beginning of the roll into the slot, squeezing the trigger halfway. Push the labels through the gun until they come out at the front. Thread the labels up and under the black plate on the front of the gun and then under the rubber roller. Squeeze the trigger again and pull six or seven labels out. Discard the labels, leaving the paper backing. Thread the paper backing into the underside of the gun, next to the handle, in the direction indicated by the arrow. Push the paper backing while squeezing the trigger until the gun begins dispensing labels.

    Printing
  1. If the print on the labels is off-center, place a penny in the slot on the right side of the gun and hold it in place. Using another penny, turn the adjuster on the left side of the gun in a clockwise direction, printing test labels to check your correction. Keep turning the adjuster until the print is centered.

To replace the ink cartridge, turn the latch on the right side of the gun to an upright position. Pull the door out. The ink roller is on the end of the door in a plastic holder. Push the holder apart slightly to remove the old ink roller and insert a new one. Replace the door and turn the latch to hold it in place.

Is there a specific type of grease gun ad grease I

There is really no special grease gun to get. Any type of grease gun will work. I personally use a high temp. grease at the shop I work at. When greasing anything never over grease a joint , it causes a mess and will cause premature failure. All that is needed is three pumps of the grease gun.
