Yes. Dell has made available both 32 bit and 64 bit Windows 10 drivers for this device so it should work on you Sony. This printer is network enable but it is wired, not wireless so you will have to connect it to your network with a ethernet cable.

I've had the same error with a Dell 3115CN. I've called Dell and they told me that the cause of the problem lays in the scanner-lock. Underneath the scannerlid is a grey lock-button wich parks the scannerlamp. This button seems very sensitive. Just lock and unlock and the problem should be solved.

See Page 27 of the Manual to Reset Defaults which clears the non-volatile memory.

To clear the printer's entire memory:

1. Turn the printer off.
   
   
2. Wait 10 seconds.
   
   
3. Turn the printer on.

I believe the part number is 330-1435 or P266C or Y459D
(these all are for the same part on the website - Dell uses multiple numbers to refer to the same item)

Dell 2135cn All-In-One Laser Printer paper jam

Incorrect, the part number is 330-0711. It is the same one for Dell 1320cn / 2130cn / 2135cn/ 2150cn / 2150cdn / 2155cn / 2155cdn. $99 directly from Dell.

Somehow after adding paper you changed the paper size to B5. Change it back to Letter and it should resolve your problems
