I keep getting Error 7 "Motor is overheated" but the motor is working fine

Unplug the machine then drain the water manually by gravity. Place the drain hose into a bucket or shallow basin on the floor to drain the water. Water should gush down the drain hose if the drain system including the drain hose is clear. This signifies that the drain pump is not working. Check to make sure that the drain hose is not clogged or kinked and the drain pump filter, if there's any, is clear if water does not flow down the drain hose. Also check the drain pump for any sign of degradation or damage.
