My motorokr froze on me. I think I overdid it with the memory and now it doesn't want to work. It's on the main page but won't take me anywhere if I press on the buttons. After clicking on menu about 10 times it finally takes me to that screen and after 2 seconds back to the main page on its own. I need to reset the whole phone in order for it to function. Can someone help me. It needs to be a master reset because I can't get to settings barely even reach the menu without it throwing me back to home.

Kevin you must try charging it with the wall-charger, if that doesn't works, try entering BL mode by pressing # and *, and then pull the trigger to turn it on.
It will tell you that battery is low, you can connect then the charger, pull the trigger again, it should start normally.
first of all press the top most right button, then using the scroll go inside the settings icon . the settings icon will have a wheel made on it, then select the top most icon n then select the 7th option in tht select the language
