first free up your phone memory move all content to card and delete all messages in it......if you are not able to send a message check in message settings for message center number if it is not there get it by calling customer care and also check message is sent via text or not if not make it and try ok.

6.it ask for code and the code is 000000
7.u can now send and receive ur msgs....

sir your phone memory is full.empty your inbox and outbox and format your handset by using the following code *#7370#
it will require your phone lock code which is 12345 in default.

not even a MASTER RESET will resolve this issue most of the time. the only way to fix it is to perform a MASTER CLEAR. Before doing a master clear, make sure you save all contacts to your sim card and images, videos, etc to your memory card.
