Switch off your phone. Press power+home+volume up key. You will enter in a menu. Go to factory reset option rememBer touch will not work there. you will have to navigate through volume keys and home key. select factory reset option. and press home button. this will FORMAT your phone and will remove the password too.

User passwords:
Power on
