Kenmore Elite HE4T not spinning and draining

check the mesh on your water inlet valve. could be a problem with the valve or the pressure switch.

• Verify Drain pump operation

• Pressure Switch Hose is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and

Pressure switch

•Verify there is not a siphon problem

•Verify wire harness connections to; Inlet Valves, Pressure Switch, Drain Pump,

Flow Meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU)

•Check all hoses for possible leaks

•Verify pressure switch operation

•Verify flow meter operation

•Verify CCU operation

I have a Kenmore Elite he4t front load washer that was working fine and then we moved and now it stops washing midstream and flashes an F and a H. I have to pause and restart then it will stop washing again after a few minutes and flash the same codes again. I reset again and then it stops with 1 minute left and will not drain.

"F02" is a Long Drain error. This is an indication that there's an obstruction somewhere in the drainage system. Most commonly, the drain pump reservoir needs to be checked and cleaned. The access screws are on the bottom front edge of the lower toe panel directly below the door. You may need to prop up the two front feet of the washer to access them (a 2x4 works well for this). It does not take much to damage the pump impeller or motor. Since the error code is generated if the drain cycle exceeds 8 minutes, if the pump is damaged and can't pump at the required volume, the error code will continue to appear until the pump is replaced. Cleaning pump filter.

I had the same problem. If you will hold the "Drain & Spin button" in for approximately 4 to 5 seconds it unlocks the " Control Locked" issue.
