Hi. It is better to uninstall first your firefox version 4 then after that go to your drive C then go to program files then delete the folder mozilla firefox. Then install your firefox version 3.6.
1. CTRL+ALT+DEL
2. Choose "Task Manager"
3. Right Click on "Mozilla Firefox"
4. Choose "Go to Process"
5. Right Click on firefox.exe in the process list
6. Select "End Process"
7. Click "Yes" in the confirmation box
The download will stop.
First thing to do is to download the latest Internet Explorer or other browser like Mozilla Firefox. After you download it, Install the latest browser, I recommend Mozilla Firefox. It is faster and more secure than Internet Explorer. It helps prevent unwanted pop ups and prevent unwanted programs to get into your computer.To be much more secure install an ADBLOCK software into the mozilla browser.
I just uninstalled it and rebooted and then reinstalled it as suggested, I will check back here to comment if it helped in a day or two, thanks......
