Cabinet file error problem

When i install a software i get alert symbol tat is cabinet file error and also it deos not allow me to install it. kindly give ur suggestions.

Well, it depends on what kind of AntiVirus software you do have installed on your machine.
Some like Kaspersky or BitDefender are tagging many files as being "viruses" EVEN they are not harmfully!
Just go in the VAULT of your AntiVirus software and see the file; if it souns "familiar" (like a driver or an executable file) and you trust it just choose IGNORE and you will "bypass" the "virus alert".
But if looks "odd" and "unfamiliar" just run a SYSTEM CHECK with your AntiVirus. You will never know.
Always remember where you have been taking your files from! If are UNTRUSTED web sites it's a rule of thumb to scan such files!

It's missing a major cabinet file.

Are you using a genuine disk or download?

If a download, redownload it, the file is corrupted.

If on disk, use original disk NOT a copy as it won't work.

You would need to redownload the whole adobe archive installation file as it will not extract and install without the correct files and there version specific so its unlikely you will find the exact cabinet file you need which will allow you to continue installation

u can try using the recovery softwares to get back ur files,
but, till u do tat, u dont add any file to tat drive, cause,if u do so, ur old files will be overwritten.
