If it is louder than usual, you probably have a shorted high voltage rectifier diode.

If it's not louder than usual, you probably have a defective magnetron or high voltage transformer.

I just checked it and it looks like most of teh parts for it are obsolete. They do not offer an owner's manual. I checked for both since you did not specify which "manual" you need

When you hit Start to cook, do the inside light and turntable come on?

Is the noise a louder than usual hum or buzz?

If that's what the noise is like, I would most strongly suspect a shorted high voltage rectifier diode, a bad magnetron or possibly a bad high voltage transformer.
