Electrician has miswired the car or didn't properly repair the short. Very hard to know what he did wrong. Will he not fix it himself?

Gear shift is not totally in the park position - had the same problem with a 2011 Acura TL - a rubber band kept the gear shift lever from totally seating in the park position.

It's dying. Buy another one off ebay for cheap.

I see that you had a capacitor issue in the past, sometimes the HVAC repair companies won't install the new capacitor correctly on intention so as to get more of your money; if you didn't already know, the capacitor is what makes the fan run so if your system is on but the fan isn't running, your capacitor is bad. Here's how to fix it yourself for a fraction of the cost of the HVAC repair company: go to the back of your outside unit and look inside the access panel with the electrical warning sticker on it, if the capacitor is bowed up at the top, it needs to be replaced. When the Dishwasher won't fill you'll need to check for the water inlet hose, the water inlet valve and the float switch assembly. When the water fills your dishwasher, a float rises along with it. As the float reaches a certain threshold level, it shuts off the flow of water, thereby preventing a leak. Sometimes the float can get stuck in the wrong position in your dishwasher, and it can prevent your dishwasher from filling. Sometimes it can happen due to float valve and on other occasions due to float switch. Inspect the water hose coming to the dishwasher for any blockages. If the hose is not clogged then check the water inlet valve for any clogs, if the water will not even fill for few seconds then certainly the water inlet valve is bad and should be replaced. You can also use a multimeter to check continuity on inlet valve. If you don't get any value on the multimeter then you'll need to replace the water inlet valve assembly. However, if the valve is fine then the float switch assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

Most likely the door for your kitchen range has a sensor that is not allowing it to heat up because it detects that the door is not closed.
I would suggest you consult help from a certified technician by the manufacturer of your Kitchen range that way they would also be able to check other possible faults on your kitchen range and replacement parts would be 100% compatible.
