Most likely you have a virus that is redirecting your inputs to places the virus wants you to go. First try to clear the history in your browser. If that fails, then run a deep virus scan on the unit to attempt to find and eliminate the problem.

Most of the viruses and malwares also attack the Windows registry. Unfortunately running the anti-virus/anti-malware scans only does not remove the infections from Windows registry.

Step 2:
Download a good malware removal tool and conduct scan through it. The Google search redirect virus is caused by the malwares that shall be removed from the computer. If properly used with the registry cleaning tool, the antimalware can greatly help to fix the Google redirecting virus.

Step 3:

The above guidelines have been found to work well. Are you tired of this nuisance and want to have a quick fix to eliminate Google redirecting virus? Here are the tools which are recommended by PC experts to fix search redirect problem:

Use Intel Software Partner, RegInOut and Use Combofix Tool. You shall run RegInOut scan before and after this process if Google redirects virus in your browser.

Google search redirects me to another site...how do I fix this?

That's a classic sign of a virus and or spyware. They redirect you to a site they control and try to get you to buy their virus protection.Reboot in "safe mode" and run your virus and spyware software.Make sure it's the deep scan so it clears your Restore files too. Also check your User Accounts for a "new" administrator. The virus will log on as administrator and control your computer so you can't delete the virus files.Let me know if this helps?
