Water standing in bottom of drawer

Not all of the water drains from bottom of drawer. Leaves approx 1/2 cup at end of cycle. Also dishes are not fully dry at end of cycle.

SOURCE: water not draining from drawer

Could be the little non return valve mounted underneath the top drawer. Lie down on the floor under the top drawer, remove the main plastic pannel covering the bottom to expose the black drainage hose (you may need to cut away a cable tie). Remove the drainage hose from bottom of the drawer - at the start of the drainage hose there will be a small rubber type flap - if it looks broken or worn out, it will need replacing - call F & P for a replacement, approx $5 + postage for a pair (one for the top drawer and one for the bottom)
Hope this helps

SOURCE: The bottom drawer is filling

Hi

This means that you have an overflow leak problem. You need to shut off circuit breaker or pull fuse. Next let it dry out for up to 4 days ,peak under dryer and feel metal drip pan and if wet you might be able to dry with a hair dryer The lid lowers and you had something..typically too bid glasses on second shelf that was above the seal lip of the tub. Replace the chopper unit.

I have a single drawer f&p dishwasher drawer, and it does not empty after a cycle, leaving approx 15.. of water in the bottom. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. mark

If you have a single drawer unit, then most likely cause is the drain is blocked at the kitchen sink end.

IF that is not an issue, then the filter plate and drain sump need to be cleaned.

Appliance: Fisher&Paykel DD603 Draining

You may want to check up if the water collects in the bottom drawer when the top drawer is in wash cycle (ie, taking water from the inlet) or during the drain cycle when it is draining water out. Leave the bottom drawer open and check while the top drawer is running.

Standing water in dishwasher

This is because you have a problem with the diswasher pump and/or pump motor. There should NO water standing at end of cycle.

Dishwasher drains but leaves behind about 1/2" of standing water

Water standing in the bottom of the tub is normal.
A small amount of clean water around the outlet on the tub bottom at the back of the tub keeps the water seal lubricated.
