Check the roll over protection switch. Make certain that the connection is good and not corroded.

    Roll over switch is in one of two places. Usually on the rear quarter panel inside the panel on the drivers side. I have encountered them on the floorboard on the passenger side as well. There is a reset button on it. I have seen these trip after hitting a pot hole. Hope this helps.

    Thanks;

94 4.0 dies while driving will start after sitting a while

Sorry to say someone will have to have tools ready to check it the next time it quits running.
Could be a relay, the ignition module, the coil, or anything else that can get hot and stop working.

2000 s10 Blazer dies very 3-6 weeks for no reason

i would check your ignition system. you would need a meter for this but look for broke or loose connections. if it was a fuel problem i dont think it would just start up after 20 minutes. or you might try your ignition switch. if its shorting or something then ya well it would cut your engine off real quick

2001 Xterra - Replaced fuel pump twice and is still not running.

I am no expert, but I just had a similar problem. The car would shake and buck when accelerating. It finally just died and would not start. After sitting for some time, the car would start and run a while, then do the same thing. I thought fuel pump. The dealer diagnosed distributor. After replacing, the car is running perfect. Something to think about. Good luck.
