THE SCREEN FLICKERS ALL THE TIME, HOW CAN I FIX IT

The screen flickering could be the screen inverter starting to fail. The inverter sits under the screen behind the bezel, it takes the low voltage DC power from the power adapter and converts it to high voltage for the screens backlight. If the inverter starts to fail, you either get a dim display that finally goes dark or get flickering like you see in some store lighting fixtures when the flourescent bulbs are failing.

Mouse unresponsive and red light flickering. you have to click the mouse to make it responsive again.. but if you leave it a little while the same procedure again

It sounds like the mouse goes on standby to conserve battery power, or the batteries are getting low. It's more likely it goes into a low power mode to extend battery life and conserve power.

Lights flickering

If the light is flickering and not just becoming brighter or dimmer with engine rpm, I'd suspect an electrical short, possibly between the battery and alternator or inside the alternator itself. have the alternator output checked before going further with diagnosis and before it fails completely and becomes more difficult to diagnose.

Failed on restart, had all lights, now no lights and won't do anything!

sounds like your ac plug to the laptop might be loose you can try ans see if you can resolder it back. the other problem is your ac cord might be broken wiggle it around see if the light flickers.
