Sharp Sh8268u i need Sharp Sh8268u operating system . because my Sharp Sh8268u operating system broken . and thats why it keep restating itself. i want to reinstall operating system . please help me how i can re install it.

If you have the OS DVD then you can reinstall it by starting your computer and open the DVD drive and Insert the DVD then restart your computer again then quickly press the F12 function key then select boot from DVD. Then follow the instructions from the DVD to install the OS.

    i have sh8268u sharp mobile only and its data cable. Its OS broken that what why it just keep on restarting... I have not dvd of this mobile so please help me to reinstall os in my mobile

Hello:

your system is in protection mode. so it keeps on restarting. Maybe your stuff is infected with virus. scanning for virus is not a solution in itself. however if you remove your HDD and attached to other pc then scan for virus is feasible however it is dangerous to infest those another pc.

if not then you have to boot your system in safemode and back-up your files. reformat and reinstall new operating system.

Is the power supply good to??? have you tried booting with a LIVE CD just to make sue it is not a problem with the Operating System??? also check for swollen capacitors (the tops should be FLAT) small aluminium cans around the CPU socket, some times you need to take the big CPU heat sink off to see them... remember to respread the heat sink compound before reinstalling the heat sink...

Phone keeps reseting itself
firmware(Operating system) is damaged . you need to reinstall it .
This could occur due to many reasons like virus attack ,sudden removal of the battery while the phone is on,sudden switch off the cell due to low battery etc ..

if you firmware backup you can reinstall it with your normal datacable by using the PC suite or you can contact the technician
