The plastic "chute" that channels the shredded paper out has to be removed first. I almost forced mine which would have not been a good idea! By the way, do you know of a source for parts for this machine? Thanks.

I appreciate your intent to help solve my printer problem. However, I do not think it should require me to pay a fee to get an address to locate a Company to obtain a replacement part for my Achiever shredder.
