CANNOT REMOVE COVER ON SCS-6 ACHIEVER SHREDDER

REMOVED THE 4 SCREWS ON BOTTOM COVER BECOMES LOOSE BUT SEEMS TO HANG UP INTERNALLY SOMEWHERE AROUND THE PLASTIC PART WHERE THE SHREDDED PAPER LEAVES THE MACHINE,

Problem Solved ! New problem is I need to purchase a new drive gear for Achiever SCS-6 (strip-cut) Shredder "3 1/2 in Diameter 58 Teeth, molded poly matr'l and steel insert center" Please advise

The plastic "chute" that channels the shredded paper out has to be removed first. I almost forced mine which would have not been a good idea! By the way, do you know of a source for parts for this machine? Thanks.

Where can you purchase repair parts? the teeth are stripped on one of the gears. I need a replacement gear for my Achiever SCS-6 Shredder.

I appreciate your intent to help solve my printer problem. However, I do not think it should require me to pay a fee to get an address to locate a Company to obtain a replacement part for my Achiever shredder.

Cleaned the sensors with warm water and Q Tips. Works fine now..

For Staples shredder model #SPL-826X.
