I believe the Sony Reader only had one way to transfer files and that was via an SD card. You would have to take the SD card, put it into a SD card reader (will be a USB adapter with a slot for it). it will appear as a regular thumb drive to the computer. Then copy and paste the documents you want on it. Safely remove and put the SD card into the Sony Reader. Then reboot the device and find the files listed in your storage.

Please note the Sony Reader's are real picky about file formats so read the manual to make sure you have the files in a format you can use.

Take the SD card out and put it in your PC, go to the folder called Navigation and replace the Navigation.exe with this one. Hopefully this will work. (The file i am sharing is from my Navisure N420I's Satnav so it should work no issues).
