If you know your password then check correct language and capslock settings when typing if you forgot password then try to boot from CD/DVD drive using hiren's bootcd

yaa its nothing wrong. You have enabled your key for Numlock.

Hold Down Fn key (See bottom row, Left side of the keboard) and press Numlock key. Then your numlock will be off and Pressing K will type K.......etc.

Try Acer Europe, they actually have drivers, where the US Site usually refers you to Microsoft or to put your Vista disk in the drive.

If the password was for windows, not bios password, then
you can use Hiren's boot CD, it have tools to unlock the password,
also, it have Mini Xp, that can be lunched, and then you can access your files

uninstall the keyboard from device manager and it will reinstall after rebooting and it will auto install itself when it restarts
