No apps means the programming has been lost in the terminal.
If that is the only message you get, and can not progress to another screen you will need to load the terminal with the appropriate applications
try a quick power cycle- unplug terminal and leave unplugged for 60 seconds, replug and see if it starts to cycle the apps, if noti it needs a download.
Each terminal has a specified power source it uses. if you have one from another terminal it may not work for this one. the power sources should not be swapped out. if you have a specific terminal i can determine the power supply it requires.
