How do i delete videos off my Sansa e200R? I know it sounds stupid to ask but when i relized it couldnt be done right on the player i tried to do it through the media converter and then when that didnt work i also tried going through the MY COMPUTER screen and it still didnt work. How do i do it? please help.
There is no such thing as a stupid question. Plug Sansa as you normally do. Go to My Computer, and click on the removable drive that holds your Sansa's data. If you don't see the video folder that means it's invisible. To make your invisible folder visible click on Tools on the top of your window. From there select Folder Options... A new window should open up and click on the View tab on new window. Look for Hidden Files and Folders on this list and select Show Hidden Files and Folders. You should be able to see your Video folder now, and the rest is up to you. Good Luck!!!

Still nothing is showing up. any ideas to why my video folder isnt showing up even tho nothing is hidden? Im not gonna rate the solution because that wouldve help me normally but in this situation it didnt. sorry.
