Turn the computer on. Keep your eyes glued to the bottom of the monitor screen. This usually comes by fast, so keep your eyes peeled.
When the computer manufacturer logo screen comes up, look for the -> enter CMOS Setup, or enter BIOS Setup, <- key to press.
Write it down.
If Windows loads on your computer, allow it to load, and run for a few minutes.
Turn the computer off normally.
WAIT 20 seconds, or so; then turn the computer back on.
AS SOON AS you press the Power On button, start tapping on the enter BIOS Setup key. (Or enter CMOS key)
Tap in 2 second intervals.
If you hear beeps ignore them. They are Stuck Key Error Code beeps, and it is you that is doing it.
Once you get into BIOS. look for Boot Options.
In Boot Options set the first boot device to CDROM.
http://www.hiren.info/pages/bios-boot-cdromREMEMBER, you have to Save Changes, or it will be like you have done nothing at all.
